At Thornborough Cider we have been making ‘champagne method’ cider using locally grown desert and cider apples since 2010. Our cider is pressed in small batches on a traditional rack-and-cloth press and matured for at least 12 months. The result is a delicious modern dry sparkling cider that makes a perfect alternative to Prosecco or Champagne.
